With my foot on the break and key fob nearby or even pushing the start button, it sometimes will not start. It will go to "ACC" and even "ON" but will not start. You can go to auto zone also they check codes for free. the check engine light comes on from a engine sensor or emission controls also . Looking for answers to BCI malfunction issue in 2018 Nissan Armada Reserve Platinum 18049 miles (yes I drive a lot) BCI Malfunction light comes in randomly and all the cruise and warning systems stop working. Occasionally the car will not start and I have to let off the brake and reapply then it will start. Brake Pedal Switch. Good evening all. Just pulled the sensor connect off mine after 2 years of intermittent weak or no start issues. Still on the original battery after having taken it to the dealer for a warranty replacement they denied it as the battery read just above the threshold to consider it a "bad" battery.
